CYCLOTOURISM OFFER
Come and climb legendary passes, as well as other lesser known ones that are just as coveted by regional cycling experts.
Programme:
Day 1: Warm up with the French stage of the Tour de Romandie 2010: Col du Corbier, climb the Pas de Morgins (approx.100 km).
Day 2: unusual and unique (lesser known passes, unexpected, varied and remote itineraries): Col du Grand Taillet, Col de Terramont, Col du Cou, Col des Arces, Col du Feu (approx. 120 km).
Day 3: legendary passes of the Tour de France: Châtel, Col du Corbier, Col de Joux Plane, Col de Joux Verte (approx. 140 km)
Day 4: rest day : discover the resort of Châtel at your leisure + afternoon introduction to mountain biking
Day 5: discovering neighbouring Switzerland: Pas de Morgins, Col de la Croix, Col du Pillon, Col des Mosses (approx. 160 km).
Day 6: in the footsteps of smugglers: Evian, Portes de Culet, Morgins, 1300m of ascent/descent from Lake Geneva to the Dents du Midi, between France and Switzerland (100 km).
Apartment accommodation: from 180€ per person
Hotel accommodation: from 510€ per person
The programme is physically demanding includes climbing several passes each day. Picnic lunch. One guide for 12 participants. Dates to be confirmed: May, June or September 2011.
Price per person based on a group of 12 persons.
In hotel accommodation: price based on double occupancy, in full board (with packed lunch).
In apartment accommodation: price based on 4 people in 2-room apartment. Does not include meals, bed linen, bath linen and damage security deposit.
